We wanted to ensure that you’re aware of the following support for local people on a low income via the NHS Low Income scheme, with help to pay for:

  1. NHS prescription charges
  2. NHS dental treatment charges
  3. the cost of sight tests, glasses and contact lenses
  4. the cost of travelling to receive NHS treatment
  5. NHS wigs and fabric supports (check with your hospital for their arrangements for supplying NHS wigs)
