We're always looking to improve
Our aim is to provide the best possible care for our community. To do that, we rely on hearing from you.
Whether you've had a brilliant experience you'd like to share, have a bright idea for an improvement, or feel we could have done something better, we're all ears.
For quick suggestions or feedback
Often, the simplest ideas are the most effective. If you have a thought you'd like to share, there are a couple of easy ways to do it:
- Have a quick word: Our reception team are always happy to pass on suggestions to the practice management team.
- Use the Friends & Family Test: If you'd just like to leave some quick, anonymous feedback, the Friends & Family Test is the perfect way to do that.
How to make a complaint
We always try our best, but we know that sometimes things don't go as they should. If you've had a bad experience or are unhappy with our service, we're very sorry, and we want to make things right.
Our aim is to sort out any problems as quickly and fairly as possible.
Your first step
The best first step is usually to get in touch with our Practice Manager. They can listen to your concerns and will often be able to resolve the issue directly with you. You can contact them by:
- Phone: Call +44 (0)1708 957100 and ask to speak to the Practice Manager
- In Person:: Please ask at reception if the Practice Manager is available for a chat.
Making a formal complaint
If you'd rather make a formal complaint, or you're not satisfied after speaking with us, you can put your concerns in writing. This helps us keep a clear record and investigate properly.
Please include as much detail as you can (such as dates, times, and who you spoke to).
You can send your written complaint to:
For a full breakdown of how we handle complaints, you can ask for our official complaints leaflet at reception.
What happens to your feedback?
All feedback, whether it's a suggestion or a formal complaint, is taken very seriously. It's reviewed regularly by our team to see what we can learn and how we can make things better for all our patients.
