How to get your test results
How and when to get your results for tests like blood tests, urine samples, or scans.
A doctor or nurse will review every test result before it is made available to you.
How we will contact you
We will contact you by phone or text message if your results show that you need more tests or a new treatment.
Please do not assume your results are normal if you do not hear from us.
For your safety, it is your responsibility to check your results. Please use one of the methods below.
How to check your results

If you cannot check your results online, you can call the practice on +44 (0)1708 957100 for your results.
Please call us between 10:00am and 12:30pm or 4:00pm and 6:00pm, as our phone lines can be very busy at other times.
Ask a question about your results
If you have already seen your result and want to ask what it means, the best way to do this is with our
. This sends your question directly to our clinical team.If you use our Online request, you will need to:
- Select “I have an admin request”.
- Enter your patient details.
- Select “Test result”.
- Enter your details and specific question.
A member of the team will review your question and get in touch with you. Please do not call reception with clinical questions about your results.
