Evening & weekend appointments

To provide more flexible access for our patients, we offer routine appointments in the evenings and on weekends.

These appointments are provided by our local Primary Care Network (PCN), meaning you may see a clinician from another local practice, and your appointment may be held at a different location.

When to use this service

These appointments are for routine health concerns, just like your standard appointments. This includes things like:

  • Discussing ongoing health conditions, like diabetes or asthma
  • New health problems that are not urgent
  • Medication reviews
  • General health advice

How to book your appointment

You can book a routine appointment in the following ways:

Book online (quickest method)

This is the easiest way to book. The online service shows all available slots for evening and weekend appointments across our local network.

  • Book an evening or weekend appointment online

Call us

Call us on +44 (0)1708 957100 during our normal opening hours and ask for an evening or weekend appointment.

Preparing for your appointment

Routine appointments are normally 10 minutes long.

If you have multiple problems to discuss or feel you need more time, please let us know when you book.

What to expect

  • Your clinician: You may be seen by a GP, nurse, or other healthcare professional from a neighbouring practice working on behalf of our PCN.
  • Your location: The appointment may be at our practice or at another local health centre. The location will be confirmed when you book.
  • Your health record: The clinician you see will have secure access to your patient record to provide you with the best possible care.

If you can no longer attend

Tell us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

  • Call the practice on on +44 (0)1708 957100
